I have found an rather interesting blog entry on MacBidouille.
According to the entry, there is an iTunes song on sale that is offered for free by the rightful owner. Search on iTunes for "Taillard" (Artist Basel Brass Quintet). You will see that the song sells for 99cents even though it is offered for free here.
The rightful owner has not been contacted by anyone yet it seems.
Does this mean iTunes is selling pirated music? Well, I would not go that far since it may have been a misunderstanding of some sort and Apple sure is not the culprit but rather the label - it sure is an interesting event worth tracking though.
